A sales CRM or a Medical ERP?
A CRM organizes your conversations and your sales. But a clinic also schedules, treats, collects payments and invoices. Here you can see what they do alike and everything you would have to add separately, with public data from Kommo, HubSpot and Clientify.
When a CRM makes sense
If what you need is to organize your WhatsApp and social media conversations in a sales funnel, and you already have your clinical scheduling, medical records, cash register and invoicing handled separately.
When WiseMed360 makes sense
If you want the conversation, the appointment, the medical record, the payment and the invoice to live in the same system, and to know how much each patient costs you from the ad to the invoice, without paying per user or per message.

How we make this comparison. We compare only objective, verifiable data that each company publishes on its own website, collected on October 25, 2026. Messaging, sales and measurement features are compared side by side; clinical operations features are shown separately because they aren't the purpose of a CRM. This is not an opinion on the quality of their services. Prices and features may change: before deciding, confirm them on each company's website.
